After a much ballyhooed pro debut on March 16th at the Theater of Madison Square Garden in front of a large throng of his countrymen, Irish sensation Michael Conlan, will be making his second start sometime in May. The question is where?

According to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, the fight is still being targeted for Boston - but there is a possibility of having the card take place in Chicago.

''Brad Jacobs (Executive Event Producer for Top Rank) is searching for an appropriate building in Boston. So if we can't do Boston in May, we'll do Chicago," said Arum, who's company plans to feature Conlan in markets with sizable Irish communities.

Conlan (1-0, 1 KO) made his pro debut during St Patrick's Day against Tim Ibarra. The super-bantamweight stopped Ibarra in the third round of six in front of over 5,000 Irish fans in New York. Conlan was joined on his walk to the ring by UFC superstar Conor McGregor.

The 25-year-old has been tipped for the top by Arum and Top Rank.

"I am main event at Madison Square Garden from the get go. Name me one other fighter who's done that? I don't know any," he said in quotes appearing in the Mirror.

"It is special and we will take over. I will be 100 percent bigger than him (Frampton). It's not just a feeling, I know that I will. He's done a lot but I know that I will be better.

"I just need to keep winning. I want to move at a decent pace and hopefully by the end of year two of my pro career I am world champion or at least in contention."
