Former WBA cruiser champ, Belgian Ryad Merhy, 33-3 (27 KOs), headlines 12 Rounds Promotions’ show on June 14 at the Centre Sportif du Blocry in Louvain-la-Neuve in his first fight of 2025. His opponent is to be announced.

Merhy lost to Kevin Lerena in 2023 in a fight for the WBC bridgerweight title and then moved up to heavyweight where he beat Frenchman Tony Yoka. That was followed by a disappointing performance against Jared Anderson last year in his sole fight in the US, losing just about every round, and it showed he is not a natural heavyweight so when it comes to title fights Merhy will campaign as a bridgerweight.

The undercard features super lightweight Antoine Vanackere, 24-1 (13 KOs), and the son of promoter Alain Vanackere), junior lightweight Miko Khatchatryan, 19-1 (9 KOs), and light heavyweight Bruno Jacobs, 8-0 (4 KOs).
