British middleweight champion Chris Eubank Jr. feels IBF/IBO/WBC/WBA middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (35-0, 32KOs)  has killed his credibility by accepting a fall title defense against IBF welterweight champion Kell Brook (36-0, 25KOs).

Golovkin vs. Brook is scheduled for September 10th at the O2 Arena in London.

There were negotiations for a Golovkin-Eubank fight for several weeks, but they fell apart a few days ago - with Golovkin-Brook getting announced on Friday.

Brook is viewed as a very big underdog in the contest. He moves up by thirteen pounds to face Golovkin at the full middleweight limit of 160-pounds.

The agreement leaves Eubank's immediate future in limbo. His promoter Eddie Hearn, who also promotes Brook, says Eubank's father/manager Chris Eubank Sr. was impossible to deal with and drove him nuts during the three weeks of negotiations.

Eubank says he is ready to fight Golovkin next, once the feared puncher is finished with his bout against Brook.

Golovkin has been attacked by critics and fans for taking the contest, with many of them unhappy that he's fighting a welterweight - and Eubank has jumped in to pile on the verbal avalanche.

"Golovkin,  you're so called pound-for-pound, but fighting a guy two weight divisions below you!? Nobody in the UK or anywhere else is going to respect you. Golovkin, after you're done bullying Kell Brook and you're ready for a fight with a real middleweight, I'll be there. Pick on someone your own size," Eubank lashed out on the social networks.
