Former two-time middleweight world champion DANIEL JACOBS enters the ring for the first time in nearly two years this weekend, stepping up to face JOHN RYDER live on DAZN from the iconic Alexandra Palace. (photos by Mark Robinson)

JACOBS’ last competitive bout came in November 2020 with a split-decision victory over Gabriel Rosado, as the ‘Miracle Man’ looks to continue his upwards trajectory in the division after a second career loss to Canelo Alvarez back in 2019.

RYDER comes into the fight on a similar two fight week streak, most recently stopping Jozef Jurko after having lost out to Callum Smith for the WBA and The Ring super-middleweight titles back in November 2019. The London native will be looking to propel himself towards another world title shot after the devasting loss against Smith.
