MANCHESTER, ENGLAND - WBA heavyweight champion David Haye and 2000 Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison went face to face during their final press conference which took place at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, England. The fight takes place this coming Saturday at the MEN Arena in Manchester. Haye makes the second defense of the heavyweight title that he won with a close decision over Nikolai Valuev in 2009. He made a mandatory defense earlier this year by stopping former champion John Ruiz.

Audley Harrison - "It's my big night and I'm really looking forward to it. The Audley Harrison that won the Olympics and beat Danny Williams in our second fight will destroy David Haye. It's going to be a tough fight but ultimately I will prevail, it is my destiny. I've fallen in the past but never gave up and this will be my crowning glory when I become world heavyweight champion."

David Haye - "We're about to go to war and it gives me a nice warm feeling. I'm going to force him to fight and I hope he's ready. He's clutching at straws really. He's reaching, looking as far back as 1997 for flaws in my game in give himself some confidence - he even made up a sparring session. It's pretty sad. The fact he's making up mythical sparring sessions where he hurt me with his left hand leads me to believe he's a desperate man. He needs some confidence from somewhere, so in his mind he's made this scenario to say this is how I win the fight - because he can't look at my career. He's genuinely not making any sense - he's lost his marbles. The pressure is getting to him. I think he's cracking under the pressure."
