Callum Walsh has made weight for his third appearance at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York CIty, where the Ireland junior middleweight will again fight on St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
Walsh will face Dean Sutherland in a 10-round junior middleweight main event Sunday.
Walsh, 24, tipped the scales at 153.6lbs, and was matched exactly by Sutherland, a 26-year-old from Aberdeen, Scotland. Walsh, from Cork, Ireland, now lives in Hollywood, California, and is trained by Freddie Roach.
Walsh, 12-0 (10 KOs), enters on a three-fight knockout streak, having most recently stopped Przemyslaw Runowski in a September homecoming in Dublin, Ireland.
Sutherland, 19-1 (7 KOs), enters on a six-fight win streak and will fight for the first time in the United States.
The event is promoted by 360 Promotions and will stream on UFC Fight Pass.
