Youtube star Jake Paul (3-0, 3 KOs) is going to make his Showtime Pay-Per-View debut on August 28th, in a boxing match against another former UFC fighter - this time former world champion Tyron Woodley.

Paul was in action back in April, when he knocked out MMA veteran Ben Askren in one round. Woodley and Askren are close friends.

"It’s official. I have a list of people I plan on knocking out and as I enter my fourth pro fight, I am excited to cross the first one off the list by challenging myself against Woodley, a 5 time UFC champion known for his knockout power," Paul stated to his followers.

"Tyron ran his mouth a little too much in the locker room when I knocked out his best friend Ben and earned himself a top spot on the 'Problem Child' death list. Tyron’s a seasoned striker who has fought the best MMA fighters in the world but will be dropped by a Disney teen star in 2 rounds.

"Maybe this time Dana White will actually be a man of his word and put his money on his former champion instead of trying to undermine my success like a jealous ex. Influencer vs MMA….let’s get it on. It’s Showtime."

The fight will take place at the weight limit of 190-pounds.

Paul's last two fights took place on pay-per-view through Triller Fight Club.

Last month, the news came that Paul had signed a multi-fight deal with Showtime.

The 39-year-old Woodley, who at one time was regarded as the best 170-pound MMA fighter in the world, won the UFC welterweight title in 2016 and successfully defended it four times.

He recently became a free agent from the UFC.

Compared to his first three opponents, Woodley will be a step up in competition for Paul.
