Sipho Bennett: Justifiable Shooting? What do you think?

The man was being harassed, called racial slurs, and threatened. The aggressors left, then returned for more of the same. The camera doesn't pick up the initial gunshot but I think the second gunshot is probably more problematic for his case.

Reminds me a little of the Rittenhouse case and the case in Chicago when the mother and son pursued an aggressor and got off. Unfortunately for Bennett, he's in jail without bond, set to plea later this month. Businesses close by are vouching for the guy:

“We know Sipho pretty well. He comes up here and eats a lot. He’s very polite, very well spoken, very educated too. He came up here to eat. We were closed for the day. The two boys, when he started walking up, automatically started verbally assaulting him and racial profiling him and calling him names,” said Yamato employee Amanda Kay.

Yes because his story is plausible , they have a clear confrontation and they come back after they left , told him they had a gun and they found a gun .................He should have stayed at the scene and dialled 911 ...

Overall, bunch of idiots with guns. People get killed when people get angry and pull guns out.
