  • What beating? Those three one punch left hook knockdowns that he got up so quickly from?

Other than those knockdowns and the first round; I thought Haney was dominating the fight in rounds 8-4.

He had Garcia fighting off his back foot while Devin was pursuing him off his front...

  • I think the odds makers got it right. If Ramirez is clean then this should be easy work for Devin Haney.

I don’t believe that Haney is a physically ruined fighter. However, I would be remiss in admitting psychologically.

His fight with Ryan Garcia could have left some...

  • Which meant that Ryan was a lot sicker than most of us had originally thought. Who would have known he would have sunken to this new low?

The fact of the matter is that Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis fight ruined him. It left him both mentally and permanently mind fucked forever. He has not been...

  • The fact of the matter is there should have never been any trace amounts of ostarine in his system period. That was blatant cheating.

Which is the reason why the two agreed to have random VADA drug testing in the first place. In order to deter each other from doping.

    I have...

  • Don’t do it. These type of fights typically ruin fighters by shaving several years off their primes and careers. This fight wasn’t for sport.

It was a personal hate grudge match between two men who absolutely loathe one another. It had that Benny Paret Emile Griffith feel to it.

    replied to Random BLOOD Tests....
I think it would be wise to have one for the Canelo Alvarez vs Terence Bud Crawford fight because if they don’t; Then one should presume that Crawfish is going to be on that good shit.

Chances are Canelo will be. I say that because at least on paper; There shouldn’t be any conceivable

  • Well, I thought the fight was more than worth the price of admission. Especially for a regional fight.

Make no mistake about it. This fight was made to appeal solely to the British boxing fan only not the global one.

Today, most boxing fans hardly even remember who their fathers...

  • That was one of the worst decisions that the organizers, sponsors and promoters of this event could do. BoxingScene is the hotspot for boxing worldwide.

  • I thought Chris Eubank really closed the show in the championship rounds; 11 and 12. That was icing on the cake right there. However, Kudos to Connor Benn for pressing the fight while eating some very hard punches in those rounds. He displayed a granite chin. I mean they both did. So far it's the fight...

  • Great freaking fight! I don't know if any of these men will be the same after this one. This type of fight typically ages and shaves years off a fighter's career and prime.

In any case, congratulations to both men on such a spirited effort and crowd-pleasing fight. Both of their performances...

  • Teofimo Lopez is definitely going to have to take some risks in side of the ring in order to defeat this guy.

I believe that Arnold Barboza is overall the better boxer who has more natural ability than Teo....

  • I agree. Barboza had to chase this guy down for years just in order to fight him . It was a reason why Team Lopez chose to duck him.

It’s also the reason why they have been ducking Devin Haney because it’s a bad style matchup for them. They are both pure boxers who are undefeated...

  • You may be right but just remember that Teo is the naturally smaller man who lacks both the size, reach and power at 140. His days of knocking out fighters above 135 lbs are over....

  • I feel the same way as you do. I believe Barboza is going to pull off the upset too.

Teofimo no longer has power above 135. He is now a twelve round fighter.

It’s boxer/counterpuncher vs boxer/counterpuncher. However, Arnold is the naturally wider and larger man ....

  • Unless, the governing bodies give permission. I don't see a potential Brian Norman, Jr vs a Jaron "Boots Ennis" unification bout happening for at least another year if not longer.

Boots would have probably vacated the division by that time. Moreover, I am hearing rumors of some...
