Hey all im new to these forums and this is actually my first post so hello to all.
I have recently started university and am extremely busy. I used to do boxing for about a year and a bit when i was around 16 (i am now 18) and was training for my first amatuer fight. Until one day my gym just closed and hasnt opened up again since. Anyway i havent got back into 'training' again and am looking forward to starting at my new gym.
The gym runs 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Is this enough training a week? I do weight training at a 'real' gym on the alternative days.
Anyway because of time constrainst with university and work im only going to train BOXING with a coach 3 times a week and will barely be able to fit in the weights sessions.
Is this enough training to improve?
