However, if you are deficient in something than that deficiency can cause you to have a lower testosterone than your natural peak should actually be. So if we can bring those deficiencies up to where they should be you can raise your testosterone levels to what they are supposed to be. This is why mineral/vitamin rich foods are best cause most western diets are extremely deficient of these minerals/vitamins that your body actually needs to run at its peak.
Also icing your balls would probably give people the boost they are looking for lol, its what doctors recommend to couples who are having trouble having children due to the men low quality *****, icing your balls a few times a day for 15 minutes session can have a dramatic impact on your testosterone, ***** quality and libido. (this is the reason people swear by cold showers etc is all because they are lowering the temperature of their balls and the lower temps kicks your testes into overdrive has nothing really to do with the cold shower, if you do this do not put ice direclty on skin place in a cloth or something be smart.).
Now if we are talking about food for anabolic effects you want to eat foods rich in ecdysterone such as spinach, quinoa etc. Ecdysterone is found naturally in leafy greens and insects and has a powerful anabolic effect its so powerful its on wada anabolic watch list... mind you theirs been no anabolic on wada watch list in years and its natural and comes from food so IDK how they will be able to ban it? Probably ban levels above x but we will have to wait and see but for now you can eat tons of spinach or find a quality supplement (this is hard aswell bunch of shady companies) and still claim natty lol. Its cousin turkersterone is stronger, but that is actually alot harder to find in food and quality supplement form is actually harder.
You should make sure you are not deficient in Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D3 (its a hormone really so very important to get enough), vitamin K2, Omega 3 (we can't make em, so we need to ingest them to have em), and that as your base should have you up and going almost immediately. (remember only certain formulations works so do your research) and get 8 hours of sleep minimum same time everyday lack of sleep does way more damage than you would even imagine.
after almost every meal I gotta drop a turd.
my last medical check up —- great health.
If I move back home to Silicon Valley or Santa Monica, I’d probably drive everywhere and get fat eating sugar free cancer causing foods.
Friday is my B day, and my wife and mom are going to surprise me with tamales, tequila, and some Mexican sugar cookies— my wife has the recipe..
I eat natto, seaweed, pickled foods, and clean meats.
I do go to a local farmers market, everything is local.

he lived a Spartan life… he greatly influenced Bill Gates, Matsuyoshi Son(soft bank) Bezos, Google founders, yet many people in the USA never heard of the guy

For instance for me today is Eggs with alot of veggies and some salsa and beans for breakfest, lunch is some carne asada with potatoe salad, and dinner going to be 2 chicken sandwhich with cheese/avocados and something on the side like bell peppers or something like that and thats my day all whole foods made at home (minus the bread but again you dont have to be super strict just make sure majority of your food is legit homemade form scratch)
Health is key, theirs a lady Dr. Gabrielle Lyon and I cant vouch for this women enough, preaches the importance of muscles and diet and the philosophy about its not how long you live (obviously we all want to live a long life) but about the quality of life you live in your senior years. You don't want to be struggling with incontinence and be too weak to do for self etc and the only way to prevent that is actually right now today while we are still young. Eat right build muscle is the key.

You want cheese burgers and fries? make it at home maybe use a air fryer for the fries. You want a pizza? make it at home. The body doesn't need all these artificial stabilizers and fillers and preservatives etc, just eat an 'as natural as possible' nutrient dense meals and make those type of meals the majority of your meals. I try to urge my clients who are all new to it and just fiquiringout if they want to workout/eat right etc to just eat right this way for 35 days straight (I also have a 35 workout plan I give em) to just follow it for 35 days straight and decide after that what you want to do, and vast majority of them lose weight and feel better and become long term cilents, I had clients who fixed their digestive issues just forcing themselves to eat 3 times a day with better choices. The less ingredients it comes prepackaged with the better, you shouldn't be buying something that has 40 ingredients... just think when is the last time you made something in the kitchen that required 40 different ingredients? Now imagine eating this prepacked item 3-6 times a day which means you ingested over 100-300+ different ingredients for that day that your body does not need or even utlizes, all that happens is its going pass through you system either through the digestive tract and/or urinary tract doing whatever "miniscule" damage (that absolutely will add up over decades) or even worse gets into your system and influence/alter/impacts your Intracellular mechanisms when these "ingredients" shouldn't even be in your body to begin with.

I listen to my body now. In my younger days I didn’t. I tried the Atkins diet, pritikin, all vegan, etc.
I used to constantly weigh my food.
needless to say, I was not popular at meal times.
I sometimes fast, sometimes take the ph of my urine.
I have a buddy who drinks the middle 1/3 of his urine in the morning.
I tend to like my own cooking. I got Dead Sea salt, and other salts too.
I walk everywhere(or bike) don’t own a car in Japan.
great post my friend!TheBoxGod likes this.
