Dips are a tricep exercise. You need two benches, you are in a sitting position, hands on the back bench, feet/legs supported by the first bench, then dip.

Shruggs I'm guessing are similar to shoulder rolls whilst holding a 30k weight. Rather than rolling I'm guessing Tyson simply lifted his shoulders, like a shrugging action. It is an exercise for strengthening the shoulders.

Oh and Hi Caeser, in addition to Don King I guess you could add Robin Givens, the deaths of Cus D'Amato and Jim Jacobs and the sacking of Kevin Rooney. As well as association from all those wallys/hoods he chose to surround himself with.....Aaron Snowell, Rory Holloway etc.

Shrugs are exactly as they imply, performing a shrugging motion whilst holding free weights. They focus on your traps, not much else involved with them.

Dips aren't the kind the above poster reffered to, he would be doing bodyweight dips on a dipping station; working his triceps, delts, pectorals, lats, biceps, and finally using his core for stability.

Very possibly Squirrel, I did consider this but couldn't understand why he would want to do this as well as pressups in the same workout.....seeing as they work the same muscle groups.

Also.............80 full reps straight on a dipping station for a guy of his weight and size, hell fire, doesn't ring true! In the exercise I mentioned earlier this figure is more believable. 50 pressups is realistic though for a guy with Tyson's build.

I may be totally wrong though.

I think the death of Cus was where everything started to fall apart.
