  • One arm bigger than the other...

Is this normal? My right arm in general (wrist, forearms, bicep, tricep, everything= more muscle build up?) is bigger than my left arm. My punches thrown with the right also feel stronger than the punches I throw with my left. I am right-handed and I used to play tennis several years ago.

What causes this and how do I 'fix' it?

      FREAK!!!!!!!!!
haha just kidding, if your lifting weights you may be neglecting your one side so instead of increasing quickly stay where ur at for a bit so the other side catches up. If you just started training your left will begin to catch up because it will have to work harder. Just train hard make sure you arent favoring a side while doing any exercises and you'll even out.

it could be because of your over zealous ******* off with your right. try switch hitting to get a more even look.

                  lol sorry....

yea you should just do more push-ups... like lots of them.

that really balanced my arms out really good when my left was bigger.

                  Because i jab so much.

I have the same exact issue. My right arm is bigger, i can lift a lot more doing curls, etc., but my left pec is bigger, i can bench more with my left arm, and my left arm is much more cut than my right arm. weird.

non of this is that noticeable, unless you are looking for it, but i've been trying for years to get everything evened out, to no avail. guess it's genetics.
