Amateur Boxing Glove Size

I have searched the forums and have not found a straight answer, neither from google.

What is the official or generally recognized amateur boxing glove size? 10oz or 12oz?

I want to get a pair for the future, if I do any sort of tournament or matches, ones that will be allowed. Any recommended brands?

154 lbs. and under = 10 oz/ over 154 lbs.= 12 oz

and you cant use your own gloves.
