Because he's a corrupt, greedy POS and nobody decent wants to sign with him. That should be obvious. Everyone knows his history of robbing boxers under the KING umbrella.

My personal belief is that King is just hanging on to a thread just to feel like he is still doing something because there would still be plenty of fighters who would take the risk with King....obviously not stars in the making but guys who can't get a promotor to look at them. King reminds me of my former boss who is aging and went from 15 employees down to 3 just to feel like he is still doing something in his business in his later years before calling it a day. But King can sell a hat rack to a mule, just like many con artists. How Stiverne and Bryan could possibly be fighting for a major title is impossible to even phathom.
