Making Eubank boil down to an unhealthy weight was the only way Benn has a chance to win. Hearn has played this very well and will be getting a generous cut of that $500k.

If he was going to miss weight anyway, and get that big penalty, maybe Eubank should have just blown the weight anyway and come in at 164lb. But at least this way, missing my less than an ounce, no-one will really give Jr. any real criticism.

Eubank should still be the favourite, but what has killing himself to boil down to MW done to Jr's punch resistance? We'll find out tomorrow. It's closer to a 50-50 fight than we thought yesterday.

Benn didn't "make" Eubank do anything. Eubank has successfully weighed at the MW limit for several fights. If the weight is difficult to make, he should've not accepted the fight and moved up.

Worse, 0.05 lb. Not even an ounce. 22 grams, worth 500k.

I wonder how trying to make the weight a second time took out of jnr, this is turning in to a potential crime scene.

I have no deserve to watch this money grab but I hope eubank doesn't kill him self with the second weight him. Looks like Eubank Sr is the only one with common sense who isn't money hungry ( I assume).

The Rehydration clause was completely unnecessary, and only being used as a tactical move by Eddie Hearn 'To increase the likely-hood of a Conor Benn win. Chris Eubank Junior is a Middle weight fighter, so ether? Conor Benn wants to challenge Eubank Junior at his optimal best, or he wants to once again be involved in another manufactured fight. Because that is exactly what this matchup between Eubank Junior and Benn is, a manufactured fight. And the movers and makers who created the fight, have tried their absolute best to manipulate and create a competitive environment where? Conor Benn can excel and is at a advantage compared to Chris Eubank Junior'.

Note: I am now aware that Chris Eubank Junior in this fight 'Weighed in at 160.5 pounds, on his second attempt. I think now? The important thing on Chris Eubank's behalf, is that he at least adheres to the 10 pound rehydration clause. The rehydration clause is completely unnecessary, and has most likely played a part in disrupting Eubank Junior's preparation. Still I see now that Chris Eubank Junior did not make the 160 pound weight limit'.

I have said this many times before about Conor Benn 'He has never fought in a real competitive fight. All of his professional fights have been manufactured, in way were the likely-hood of him wining is increased. That is the difference between how Chris Eubank Junior and Conor Benn have progressed and been developed in their contrasting careers'.

Note: Chris Eubank Junior has only lost to World Champions, but whether he has won or lost 'He has always produced a solid effort. And right from the beginning of his professional career? He was brought through the game the old fashion way, fighting his nearest competition at domestic level before moving onto European and World level fights. None of Eubank Junior's early fights were manufactured, his opponents once he reached domestic level? Always came to win, and believed they could win'.

We all need to think back to fights vs Nick Blackwell, Gary Spike O'Sullivan, Tom Doran 'Those are all fights, were Chris Eubank Junior is competing against his nearest competition at domestic level and genuinely proving that he was that once upon a time, he was the best Middle Weight Fighter in Great Britain, Winning the Prestigious Lonsdale Belt against a fighter in Nick Blackwell 'In one of the best and most brutal British title fights, that have happened in the past 15 years'.

Eubank Junior has also beaten fighters such as James Degale, Arthur Abraham, Avni Yildirim, Liam Williams, and Liam Smith 'All of those fighters came to win, Eubank Junior has beaten 3 former World Champions, and fought a total of 5 World Champions. And he has also overcome one of the biggest challenges in a fighter's career? Which is to avenge a loss against a fighter, who has inflicted a traumatic loss upon their career'.

Eddie Hearn has never developed or progressed Conor Benn in his career that way 'That is why people need to stop comparing Eubank Junior and Benn, and claiming that they are similar fighters. They have both went about their careers in a completely different way'.

Chris Eubank Junior has earned all if his wins and titles legitimately without any angle in his fights 'Manufactured competitive environments so the likely-hood of him winning is increased. Chris Eubank Junior has seen the true brutality of this sport, he has witnessed the darkness of war in this game. He has fought against opponents who are not the same anymore after their fights, because that can be the consequence of a real high jeopardy competitive fight'.

In my opinion 'Chris Eubank Junior has not weighed in drastically heavy for this fight. Similar to the way Floyd Mayweather Junior did not come in heavy vs Juan Manuel Marquez. Eubank Junior is a middle weight fighter, and he has weighed in 0.5 pounds over the 160 pound weight limit. And Floyd Mayweather Junior was a Welter Weight fighter at the time of fighting Juan Manuel Marquez, and he weighed in at 1 pound under the 147 pound weight limit'.

To conclude: Conor Benn is the challenger in this fight 'Chris Eubank Junior is the fighter being challenged. So Conor Benn and his team need to challenge Eubank Junior at his optimal best, no catch weights or rehydration clauses. I don't care whether he is coming up two weight classes, because weight classes don't exist on the street'.

The reason why I say that? Is because Conor Benn has portrayed and promoted himself as that type of man and fighter 'Has he ever had a straighter in his life? Has Benn ever seen or been involved in violence on the street? This is the image and persona he has gone within boxing'.

I give Benn credit for choosing boxing as his profession 'And he has shown a level of courage and determination that must be commended. But compared to Chris Eubank Junior, I don't think he has had anywhere near the level of career which Eubank Junior has achieved'.

Chris Eubank Junior is no Charlton, and contrary to certain narratives in the boxing community 'He has not put disrespect on the Eubank name. I am not claiming Chris Eubank Junior to be a Elite or World level fighter, but he has been a solid fighter throughout his entire Boxing career' etc.

The Twinkie of boxing, it's been on the shelf for way too long and it has absolutely no nutritional value.
