Fury just has a real tough style for either Klitschko. Both Klitschko’s key assets were their straight punches i.e jab and right cross, the ability to control the distance of the action and naturally with both being giants, their size and strength.

The problem is, Fury’s style/ability takes that all away from them. Firstly, he’s bigger than both brothers so they can’t utilise their size and strength like they did against most of their opponents. Secondly, his reach, punching range and footwork takes away their ability to control the distance. Thirdly, Fury’s size and reflexes make it very difficult for the Klitschko’s to land their jab or straight right, neither Klitschko is particularly good at punching upwards and don’t commit to a combination unless the jab lands which only adds to the problem as it’s very difficult to land on Fury when you’re throwing single shots.

Even a prime Vitali loses a clear UD to Fury IMO. Although Vitali does have a far better chance than Wladimir ever did. Vitali, largely thanks to having a much better chin than Wlad, would be far more willing to take risks to land on Fury- which he’d certainly need to do. I see him roughing Fury up and possibly hurting him in some rounds but overall, Fury puts enough rounds in the bank to win a clear decision.
