As long as Derek understand Buddy is going to get paid rather he works hard or not, at the end of the day Buddy is a motivator nothing more! If your ass don’t work hard and do what he wants that’s your problem; I’m here to help you help yourself but in case you don’t I will stop it, I will throw in the towel and I will be paid.
