John Fury, father of light heavyweight prospect Tommy Fury (7-0, 4 KOs), indicates that his older son, WBC heavyweight Tyson Fury, will be in his brother's corner for the upcoming scrap with Youtube star turned boxer Jake Paul (4-0, 3 KOs).

The fight will take place on December 18 in Miami, as the headline bout of a Showtime Pay-Per-View event.

The contest is being widely viewed as a make or break encounter for both men.

But a loss for the 22-year-old Tommy, who is part of a fighting family and has high aspirations for his boxing future, would be devastating.

Paul, 24-years-old, is his first pro boxer - after picking up wins against Youtuber AnEsonGib, NBA star Nate Robinson and MMA veterans Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

“Tommy knows he’s up against a stacked deck, but he should still beat Jake Paul at a canter. And if he can’t, there’s no way in the boxing world for him," John Fury told BT Sport.

“All it is with Tommy – he’s young, can he handle the big occasion on the night? But I’m sure he’s thought about it many times before and he’s got the king of the ring in his corner.
