    Great response...co-sign

The USADA aren't sanctioning this fight, they're just providing a service to Floyd.
NSAC can not be held liable for something they have no control or say so over. If the USADA is providing a service to BOTH fighters that means the NSAC has no involvment in that service. NSAC didn't pay the USADA 1 red cent so they are not entitled to a damn thing as far as them tests go. NSAC has THEIR OWN TESTS and those are the only TESTS that they should be concerned about and that matters to them.

If the NSAC wants copies of the results of the tests they should have to pay whoever is paying the USADA to conduct the test. **** that would offset some of the costs to whoever paid the testing.

meaning they do not have to share results to NSAC if they do not want to.
        Kizer even said so.
He stated Floyd was fine to do additional testing, but the NSAC DID want to see their results with the USADA agreeing.

        What's your argument?

lmfao! NSAC will get the results and are entitled to conduct tests of their own if they require them.It doesn't look like they are worried,so why is the TS?
IMO-Floyd and Shane are going above and beyond what Pacquiao was too damn scared to do,hence the reaction from the TS...just knitpicky b.s. and clutching at straws as if this is a conspiracy or major controversy.

All I'm saying is that the fight is happening in Nevada and that fight is under the jurisdiction and authority of the NSAC.

The NSAC should be able to say "hand over the results or the fight doesn't happen." not in those words, but more tactfully.

The fact that the USDA doesn't answer to the NSAC but answers to Floyd means floyd is running things, not the NSAC.

              And Shane. Don't forget Shane.

Oh, don't forget every other time that the NSAC gets bypassed by a fighter. Like uhh..Cotto-Pacquiao.

Why would NSAC say "hand over the results or the fight doesn't happen."
If they are doing there own testing???

What is wrong with NSAC test?

IMHO, that is a black eye to the NSAC. A commission should know what's going on with the testing of boxers who are boxing in their jurisdiction.

Bascially, floyd is running ****, not the NSAC.
its a black eye to honest, clean boxers that the nsac refuses to upgrade their testing policies. guys like mosley cheated their system and the nsac doesnt care. all boxers should be above the corrupt athletic commissions in boxing.

You owned him/her. They're doing there own test after the fight, so they can't stop the fight.
