Anyone who's followed this stuff for the past 5-6 years has heard all of this before.
May weather testing positive is old news. Settling fast when Pacs people wanted the documents is well known.

Mayweather, as much as he wants to be known as the guy who cleaned up boxing, is one of the biggest cheats. Usually the guys who cry the loudest about something are the ones that are shady.

I think it's in the commission best interest to set up their own WADA testing. Especially Nevada where many big fights take place. Independent agencies will always be suspect. All it takes is one person in charge who is willing to look the other way for his own economic advancement. USADA has that guy in charge already.

You should take the time to read it. A couple people have posted that none of the info is new, but I think some of it was in fact new (at least to me), regarding the amount of time that passed between when USADA came to test Floyd and noticed that he had been given an IV and when floyd actually asked for permission to take the IV which was weeks later.

It was a very well written and well researched article...and it isn't just about Floyd...it is mainly about USADA.

You do realize that it was actually Pacquiao that wrote he used Lidocaine before the fight.

Pacquiao's Toradol=legal, denied because of presenting the request on fight night.

Mayweather's IV=illegal, administered one day before the fight, and cleared by using a loophole in the USADA contract by a TUE granted 20 days after the fight, which the NSAC says USADA has no right to grant.

This looks like evidence of blood doping by Mayweather IMO......like cyclists...

No wonder I've always said Mayweather's stamina is the one thing that really impresses me about him.

they both fight algieri berto level opponents yet one boxer is worse than the other when it comes to certain people and certain subjects.

floyd accused pac of ped use then turns around and hires the man's ariza shakes.

neither's fansbase has any moral leg to stand on when it comes to catchweights or alleged ped use.

              SHUT YOUR FACE.
You brought it up moron.....Also Manny puts PRP down...which pacfans dear friend WADA has concerns about.

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has been concerned that PRP has an ergogenic effect. While PRP is currently allowed, concern that it could increase levels of growth factors that are currently banned still exists.

A study in the January 2013 issue of the American Journal of Sports Medicine by Amy S. Wasterlain et al looks at the effects of PRP injections and if they increase levels of growth factors within the body. They measured levels of six growth factors thought to be performance enhancing by WADA in 25 athletes receiving PRP injections.

The authors found that serum levels of three or ergogenic growth factors – IGF-1, VEGF and bFGF – increased significantly after PRP injections. They also found that the levels of these growth factors rose because the PRP started a biological process that led to the athletes’ bodies producing more of the growth factors, not from the growth factors within the injected PRP alone.

It's not very well written, as much of this info was already released and known. Second, it's very biased. There's all types of stuff omitted. For instance, USADA released documents publicly saying that they tested for CIR for every sample (mainly with Mayweather fights since Cotto). He conveniently omits this.

It also omits alot of info with the Peterson vs. Khan scandal, where NSAC was clueless for many weeks about Peterson testing positive for his A sample. And that only Team Peterson knew for many weeks. This was through VADA. It omits the fact that Victor Conte somehow sponsors VADA tests.

He never asks how many times VADA and USADA test fighters and make a comparison regarding the frequency when discussing the costs difference. He never mentions both VADA and USADA both just do training camp tests. And how no one in boxing does 365/24/7 tests, except Nonito Donaire (and the problems with it since there's no penalty right now for out of competition positives). Fails to mention the conflict of interest when boxers are paying for the tests, rather than the Commissions. He paints one side of the coin, but not the other side. And the side of the coin he paints, he doesn't paint fully. He conveniently leaves things out.

Well at least he's never been caught and had the tests thrown out ha? I guess he is the best.
